I cannot recommend Mark more highly than by saying he helped me when I had really bad sciatic nerve pain and could hardly walk and through his treatment I have just run a marathon 4 months later taking 10 minutes off my personal best time 😊

I've been having issues with my shoulder for months, during which time the pain and discomfort had increased considerably. In that time I've reached out to a couple of other physiotherapists, who seem to have diagnosed the problem, but did not address it in a manner that'd begin any recovery process. I saw Mark yesterday and after a thorough and diligent initial examination, he carried out a treatment and I don't recognise how I feel anymore. Without exaggerating, the change was nothing short of miracle - both on a physiological level as well as mental - a significant relief from the fact that I can move my arm around pain free and just function normally again.
The treatment was concluded with a consultation on how to maintain the level I'm at right now, which was very informative and genuinely helpful, as it's building on top of my existing routine, rather than asking to create more time in the day to fit additional exercises into. Mark eagerly answered all my questions and requests to demonstrate the additional stretches he suggested I do, giving it all the attention and patience you'd hope for in a professional, which was very comforting and for which I am hugely grateful. Would recommend contacting Mark without any hesitation.

I had several sessions with Mark in August 2026. That said, my wife and I have benefitted from Mark!s skill and expertise over several years. On this occasion I received a steroid injection, dry needling and manipulation. o can only describe the examination as forensic and the treatment superb. I would run out of superlatives ! But, more than satisfied. Thank you Mark!

Mark at Rebound physio helped me manage & recover from injuries I have collected over the years and where really starting to affect my exercise ability and confidence. His understanding approach also gave me the confidence that my body would heal in addition to exercises I could use for self management if pain/issues resurfaced. Mark is very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service.

I was recommended to Mark as I had a knee injury. He was able to diagnose my problem through physio and ultrasound. He explained my injury and was very informative in what treatments are available and what was required.

I had the Arthrosamid injection at Rebound Physiotherapy today,
I found the procedure very satisfactory and found Mark very knowledgeable and professional,
We also had a good chat about football during the procedure which put me very much at ease...
If anyone is think of having the Arthrosamid injection I can highly recommend Mark and Rebound Physiotherapy....
